Mrs Watson's critique:

A consummate performer moving with drive and power. Lovely head with balanced neck and correct long bladed forequarter. Good legs and feet. A fine well ribbed back body with strong topline, well angulated rear end. A very pleasing retriever, which I believe would look better moving on a grass surface.
I have gone down to the young promising Junior (for Reserve CC) on the basis that is is a dog show and he is indeed a showman. I love his overall make and shape and harmony of each part to the other.
